How to use Bidr
How do I get access?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage. After payment, you will receive an email from Lemon Squeezy with your License Key and a link to the App.
Where is my License Key?
It is inside the receipt email sent by Lemon Squeezy immediately after purchase. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I log in?
Click the "OPEN BIDR APP" link in your email. When the app loads, copy/paste your unique License Key to unlock it.
Can I use this on my phone and my laptop?
Yes. Your license allows you to use Bidr on up to 3 devices (e.g., your office computer, your laptop, and your tablet). You do not need to buy separate licenses for each.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. In your original receipt email from Lemon Squeezy, there is a link to "Manage Subscription." You can update your payment method or cancel your plan there. The app will continue to work until the end of your current billing cycle.
